We have recently increased our capabilities by adding new equipment such as:

Automatic
Elbow Machines produce high quality elbows with
a great deal of efficiency.
Our machines will provide 3”–16” elbows.
The Automatic
Tube Maker Machine produces high quality cylindrical
tubes. First, rivet holes are punched in the material.
Then, a shear cuts the material to make a rectangular blank. Finally,
the blank is rolled into a tube and optionally crimped on one end. The tube
produced by this machine is ready to be riveted and then manufactured into
an elbow by our automated
elbow machines.
Our
48” wide Braner Slitting Line allows
us to take a master coil from 30ga to 10ga and produce precision
tight, straight-walled slit coils. These coils are then used
to manufacture such products as spiral pipe, elbows and hanger
strap.

The automated and precise capabilities of our Plasma Table can
be used to cut sheet metal pieces up to 20 feet long.
Our 60” McKay Leveling Line allows us to blank 30ga
to 10ga flat sheet stock. |
